How to Choose a Photo?
The quality of the photo is essential for high quality embroidery design. We trace the photo and create the embroidery by hand and thus we can’t add features (i.e. ears, bandanas etc.).
- Make sure your pet’s photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
- Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
- Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Can I See the Design before Embroidery?
After the design is created, we will send the preview of the design directly to the email you have provided during checkout. We will adjust the embroidery design based on your feedback so you are satisfied with the final embroidery.
What Pets can be Embroidered?
We can embroider all pets – from cats to dogs, from rabbits to horses. If for some reason we won’t be able to we will contact you by email.
Can I adjust the Design after it is made?
Yes, we request your commentary after the design is done and sent to you by email. The adjustments can only based within the design (colour, stitch length, facial features etc.). In case you want a new design from a different picture we charge an additional fee of 15€.
Can I make Changes to my Order?
Changes to order (different picture, different pet) can be made only prior to us beginning the design. You can upload up to 4 pictures with each order, we then choose the picture that would be best for embroidery, in case you want an additional design the cost of an additional design is 15€.
When will I receive my Order?
The estimated shipping out date is displayed on the product page and depends on the design confirmation and number of pets. If multiple rounds of adjustments are required the delivery date will move accordingly. The delivery date depends on the country - the estimated shipping time can be found in Shipping information.

How are the Products packaged?
We use sturdy cardboard boxes as packaging. The products are gift-ready as shipped. There might be mishandling of the shipments by the courier service, but unfortunately we can only control how the orders leave or studio.
Returns
Can I Return my Order?
For non custom items we offer 14 day return policy. For custom items, returns are not possible, unless there is clear damage and manufacturing errors in the garments you received.
