Gyvūnai, one of Lithuania’s largest animal shelters, for a Black Friday week where we invited you to shop with purpose: 10% of every purchase will go to S.O.S Gyvūnai animal shelter.

About S.O.S. Gyvūnai Shelter

The mission of S.O.S. Gyvūnai is simple yet powerful — to provide comprehensive care for homeless and abandoned animals. This means veterinary treatment, nutritious food, and safe shelter until the perfect new family is found.

Since opening our doors in 2008, we have rescued over 8,000 animals and established a permanent shelter where more than 140 pets receive daily care, love, and attention.

Our work goes beyond rescue — we strive to reduce the number of stray animals, educate the public about responsible pet ownership, and fight for a world where every dog and cat has a safe, loving home. From emergency medical treatment to the joyful moment of adoption, we are there every step of the way.

FROM BETRAYAL TO JOY

Terris

Once locked in an abandoned house without food or water for over a week, Terris arrived weak, starving, and with liver damage. His sad eyes told a story of suffering, but after a long road to recovery and over a year in the shelter, Terris now shines with life — happily living in his forever home. His journey proves love can heal the deepest wounds.

LITTLE FIGHTER

Popa

At just 3 months old, Popa endured an untreated leg fracture that had long since healed incorrectly. Two surgeries and a long recovery later, Popa is back on all fours — now racing through life in her forever home.

THE MIRACLE CAT

Prometėjas

Found gravely injured in a pool of his own blood, Prometėjas had a shattered jaw, severe head trauma, and lost one eye. Each day in the clinic was a miracle, and over time, he learned to trust and love again. Today, this brave survivor lives in a loving home and can’t get enough cuddles.
