1. If the customer is a consumer, i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity, they shall be entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

2. If the customer, as a consumer, makes use of their right of withdrawal according to the above paragraph 1, they have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

3. In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy shall apply to the right of cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Venture Studio, MB, A. Stulginskio g. 4-1, LT-01115 Vilnius, Lithuania, orders@pawsnhugs.com, of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, Venture Studio, MB, shall reimburse the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Venture Studio, MB, receives notification of the withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, Venture Studio, MB, shall use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case shall the customer be charged any fees for this repayment. Venture Studio, MB, may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to Venture Studio, MB, immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which they informed Venture Studio, MB, of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Free return shipping is offered within Lithuania. Outside Lithuania, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Important Note:

Items that are made to order cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts:

• For the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
